As COVID hit the world, many people were separated from loved ones and their stress and anxieties became hidden in lockdown. We wanted to remind the world of all the people that fill their memories with happy moments and encourage them to keep checking in on them. It makes a difference.

To navigate filming restrictions, we gathered personal photos from our own agency and our client to move our audience through a visual story of those we love who may need a listening ear, a quick call, a simple check-in.

Taking it further

After the success of our film’s message, we expanded the campaign to include a webseries - ‘The Cigna Check In’. Each episode explored a topic of stress with a Cigna professional and an industry expert.
